LG, one of the largest consumer electronics manufacturers in the world, has long supported the annual Consumer Electronics Show (CES) as an exhibitor. At the 2016 CES, LG teamed with TWICE and NewBay Plus, NewBay’s Marketing Services Division, to create a Social Media Hub for CES 2016 where the TWICE editorial team curated the most relevant Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media postings for the show in real time. The site focused on the vital business and technology issues being discussed at CES with focus on CE manufacturers and retailers, the TWICE audience. This integrated marketing program gave exclusive exposure to LG’s social media and targeted CE and retailer marketing agendas at the show.
The hub became a trusted resource for show attendees, and, as a result, traffic expectations for the site were set at 25,000 and were exceeded by more than 100 percent.
Multichannel News and B&C/RSG Media Integrated Marketing Program
RSG Media needed to reach deeper into the rights management market with one of their popular products. To help them gain product awareness with this audience, NewBay Plus created an integrated multichannel marketing program that defined the growing rights management marketplace in the media and entertainment industry using the influential NewBay brands Broadcasting & Cable and Multichannel News. The program included ads and custom content placed across the full portfolio of the brands, including magazines, newsletters, web sites, lead-generation ebook, and live and virtual events.
