NEW YORK, NY (June 18, 2013) — NewBay Media has announced the launch of NewBay Plus, a new Marketing Services division that will focus exclusively on custom content, native advertising, and lead nurturing programs using all forms of print, digital, and social media, as well as face-to-face and digital events.
NewBay has a long history of offering custom marketing services, including projects for leading companies such as Sony, HP, Intel, Harman, and Crestron, to name a few. But as advertisers more actively seek media companies to help them build unique “owned media” marketing programs, NewBay Plus will offer NewBay’s marketing partners new innovative and successful projects targeted directly to their customers and prospects.

NewBay Plus will be led by Joe Braue, who joins the company as VP/Corporate Director of NewBay Plus Marketing Services. Previously, Braue worked at UBM Tech, a division of UBM, Plc, where he was able to significantly grow their telecom media group through acquisitions and organic online product growth as EVP/Group Director for the Light Reading Communications Network. Prior to that, he was SVP for CMP Integrated Marketing Solutions, which grew five-fold under his leadership. In both of these positions, he worked with leading technology companies and created successful print, online, event, and research marketing programs.
